Most of the scooters we have restored have come in like the image on the left. Some have even been delivered in a carboard box!!

Below, you will see a selection of scooters that we have restored.

All the restorations featured have gone through a process of: -

• The scooter is stripped down to the last nut and bolt with serviceable parts being retained
• The frame, forks, wheels, hubs & body panel are blasted
• Any repair work needed on the panels or framework is carried out now.
• The panels and any other accessories you have specified will then be attached to the frame to check for alignment, with any adjustments needed carried out. This will allow the scooter to fit back together perfectly once painted. Once this is done they will be primed
• All parts are then finished in either a two pack paint or base and laquer with the colour of your choice
• The engine is then fully rebuilt with all seals and bearings being replaced. We can also fit an electronic ignition (recommended) or leave the scooter with the standard electrical equipment
• The crank case is stripped and cleaned and any imperfections removed. The case can then be painted, polished or chromed
• Finally, the scooter will be rebuilt with new rubber trims, badges, cables, bulbs, tyres etc.

How long it takes to restore your scooter varies with how much work is needed or how much work you want done, but our goal is to finish the job within our original estimations
